Uploading a new receipt for refundTo upload a new receipt for reimbursement, you'll first need to add your bank details to the Benme platform. Once your bank details are in place, you can then proceed to add a "New Receipt" for reimbursement.

Checking receipt reimbursement statusIf you're experiencing issues with your receipt reimbursement, you can check the status of your request by following these steps: Log in to the Benme platform Navigate to the "Receipts" section Click on the "Receipts Reimbursement" tab In the "Receipts Reimbursement" section, you will be able to view all the receipts you have submitted for reimbursement. Each receipt will have a status displayed next to it: Waiting for HR Approval: If the status shows "Waiting for HR Approval", it means your receipt is still pending approval from your company's HR department. In this case, please reach out to your HR representative for further assistance. Other statuses: Depending on your company's reimbursement process, you may see other status updates, such as "Approved", "Rejected", or "Processed". The specific statuses may vary.

Multiple people receiving emails regarding low balanceIf you and multiple other people are receiving emails about a low account balance, it's likely due to the following reasons: You all share the same HR role within the company The emails are being sent to everyone with the HR role To resolve this issue: Check your employee roles and permissions within the Benme platform Verify if you have an HR role that is causing you to receive these emails If you believe you are receiving emails in error, contact your company's HR department for clarification It's important to note that emails regarding low account balances are typically sent to all employees with the HR role, as they are responsible for managing and monitoring the company's Benme account.
