Can I get a free trial?
Yes. A free trial provides you a full version of our platform free for 30 days. You will be able to use all of "benme" features, including performance check-ins, real-time feedback, and management.
Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?
No. You can sign up and use our platform for free for 30 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of your trial, or when you decide to add your team, you will need to pick a plan and enter your credit card details.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
After the 30 day trial, you will need to enter your payment details and confirm your chosen plan.
What are the payment options?
We accept most credit cards. For larger companies, we can support invoicing as well.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You will be able to upgrade or downgrade your plan if necessary.
What is your cancellation policy?
Contracts can be submitted for cancellation on a 60-days notice and service will seize at the end of the calendar month specified in the contract closure.
